We have two vehicles to comfortably transport passengers. Each is fully equipped for your comfort and safety.

🗓️ Booking = Agreement
- When you reserve a ride, we commit to getting you safely to your destination.
- Once you approve your reservation from our screenshot, that becomes our official agreement.
- We agree to show up on time, ready to drive you with care and courtesy.
💵 Payment
- You agree to pay the quoted fare at the end of your ride, or at the end of your round trip (whichever we agreed on).
- Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated! 😊
📅 Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your ride, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
- This helps us free up your time slot for another client who may need a ride.

⏰ Punctuality Promise
- We promise to be on time for your pickup.
- You agree to be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- If flight delays occur, we understand and adjust accordingly.
- If you’re delayed due to a flight, we’ll wait—just keep us updated!
🚫 A Few House Rules
- Please don’t eat in our vehicles.
- Please refrain from opening the trunk to load or unload luggage.
For the protection of our vehicle, we kindly ask that you allow us to place our bumper guard before handling any luggage. We’re happy to assist with loading and unloading to ensure everything is done safely and carefully. - At the airport, please allow us to assist with your door, or wait for our signal before opening it.
This helps ensure your safety and protects our vehicle — we want to avoid any accidental contact with passing traffic or pedestrians. Thank you for your cooperation! - We may ask you to help lift your luggage into the trunk, to protect our bumper and our backs.
- Please treat our vehicle with respect—no damage, no mess.
👶 Traveling with Kids?
- If you’re bringing children in car seats or boosters, we kindly ask that you install them before the ride begins.
